NO RETURN POLICY

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND ALL MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS.

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN.

**This includes merchandise pieces sold off the floor, new and used, as well as Special Order Furniture pieces.

NOTE:  A “Special Order” piece is defined as a furniture items that is not in stock or on the floor in our store and the customer contracts MMCH to order the production of a piece or order a piece from one of our vendors.  Payment for Special Order Furniture items are due on the date ordered and are not refundable.

Please note that the no return policy is our company policy and signing this form of payment shows that you agree with this policy.  Credit card disputes by your banking institution will not reverse the company policy of no refunds.

Special Order Furniture typically requires approximately 90 days for manufacturing. The actual time frame will depend on the item purchased. A MMCH sales associate may provide you with an estimated delivery date. Estimates are provided to you as a convenience based on MMCH experience in the manufacturing of similar products. No representation or guarantee is made that the product will, in fact, be available or delivered on any specific date.

I agree that the time for delivery of my “Special Order” Furniture is an estimate and not an guaranteed time of production. Due to the unique character of the custom order pieces and the consignment agreements with our consignors, CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL ITEMS ARE DELIVERED TO THE MMCH AND SAVVY SNOOT WAREHOUSE AT 1080 BRADY AVE. in Atlanta GA.

WE DO NOT PAY FOR THE ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME.
